Employee Recognition Program
Western Health Advantage's (WHA) Employee Recognition Committee recognizes WHA employees for their hard work. Employees are recognized monthly for their:
- Anniversary with WHA
- Birthday
- STAR (Superior Teamwork Above Responsibilities)
The goal of the Employee Recognition Program is to:
