It’s back! Move Lab is a gentle, feel-good movement class designed to help your body unwind from the habits of sitting, scrolling, and long workdays. Each session introduces a small library of low-impact, chair-friendly movements you can use anywhere — at your desk, at home, or on the road.
You’ll discover how subtle mobility and playful exploration can ease tension, reduce everyday aches, and help you move with more comfort and confidence. It turns out your body doesn’t need intensity to feel good — just movements that meet you where you are.
Working WithIN is a weekly ritual that helps you settle your system, reset from the week, and feel more grounded and clear. Each session introduces an approachable library of tools from the Nervous System Toolkit — simple, real-life practices that build internal steadiness and expand your capacity to meet what life brings.
The aha is learning how small shifts in your nervous system can change how you communicate, make decisions, relate to others, and move through stress. This series is designed to help you feel more resourced, present, and connected — in work and in life.
